We invite you to experience one of the city’s most treasured holiday celebrations: the traditional Réveillon Dinner. The origin of our four-course Christmas feast dates back to the early 1800s, when Creole families marked the start of the Christmas season with a long and festive late-night supper.
Join us Nov 29, 2024 through Jan. 6, 2025 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays in Café Normandie for our popular prix-fixe Réveillon Dinner. Our four-course menu showcases a choice of exceptionally decadent dishes – including House-cured Absinthe Wild Salmon, Pan-seared Venison with Sauteed wild mushrooms, and a remarkably mouthwatering Poached Pear and Endive Salad! – culminating with a traditional Christmas Yule Log Cake.
Terms & conditions: Reservations are not required. In addition to the four-course Réveillon Dinner, the restaurant’s regular dinner menu will be available. The Réveillon Dinner is priced $84 per person and does not include tax and gratuity.

The Higgins Hotel is proud to once again participate in the city’s Réveillon tradition. These traditional menus harken back to many of the flavors of home and the warm welcome that American soldiers received in Normandy following D-Day. This holiday season, we also commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, paying tribute to the American GIs who endured immense fighting in the bitter winter of 1944-45 to help secure our freedom.
